Step 1- Flashlight breathing

Where your breath goes, healing flows.
You may already know that all healing begins with breath, it's also called vital energy, life force, prana, qi. Every tradition has its own word for it, but the power is the same.

This practice isn't about breathing technique or breath control. It's about awareness. Imagine your breath as a flashlight, bright, expansive, reaching every nook and cranny of your body. Where your brain can't "see," it can't bring healing. Flashlight breathing shines light into those hidden places, allowing awareness, and ultimately healing, to enter.

You may notice: a softening, a sense of warmth, or simply a moment of stillness you haven't felt in a while.

Step 2- 3-Part Tapping

Brain. Heart. Gut. Instant calm, and a foundation for lasting change.
As humans, we often get stuck in some phase of the fight-flight-freeze response without even realizing it. You might feel it as fatigue, anxiety, distraction, or that low hum of "something's off" you can't quite name.

Before deeper healing can happen, we need to create a felt sense of safety inside the body. This simple tapping practice, on your head, your heart, and your gut, encourages communication between the right and left sides of your brain, activates your energetic heart, and wakes up your gut's microbiome to release what's no longer serving you. It takes minutes. The shift is real.

You may notice: a grounding, a quieting of the mental chatter, and a body that feels just a little more like home.
